Great value and central location!

helpful staff fresh fruit included breakfast

The reception super nice team, especially with directions. My room had fresh fruit and bottled water daily. The included breakfast had croissants and cereals (a great way to start the day!). i also liked that big ben was close to the hotel.

The bathroom lacked a shelf. I had to put my toiletries on the floor.

The room featured air conditioning and a television with multiple channels. A small fridge was available. Daily housekeeping maintained the room with fresh towels and linens.

The hotel is close to several restaurants and pubs. Westminster Abbey is within walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible from this location. (the area felt safe even at night).

small room uncomfortable bed

The location is decent enough. There are tube stations nearby, i guess.

The room was super small. It was like a closet. there wasn't any space for luggage, and the bed was so uncomfortable. the breakfast was a joke. I saw better spreads at a gas station.

free water fresh fruit convenient location

I found the free water and fruit in my room such a delight. Breakfast every morning was a nice perk and I tried all the options. The hotel location near the tube station made travel simple.

My room did not have enough light.

lacking soundproofing significant gap

the breakfast was ample and easy to access which was acceptable

the room lacked soundproofing i could hear every step from the room above mine and the noise was constant the front door also had significant gaps allowing light from the hallway to disturb my sleep this needs improvement for a better stay
